Update v1.0.5 and v1.0.6 — Loopomotive Steam update #227325

Version 1.0.6 Fixed main menu video fallback running even through the video was loaded. Version 1.0.5 Tweaked collision shapes for train wagons and all cars. Fixed unlocking all skins achievement even though the session was being tainted. Fixed error that happened when trying to print to the console and the console was closed. Added image fallback for splash screen and main menu videos. -- This should fix the issues that Windows 7 users were having. Lowered requirement for 'Bullet Train' achievement from 70% to 50%. -- We felt that the achievement was pretty much impossible, we weren't even sure if it was possible, so we've lowered it to make it more attainable. It's still supposed to be a hard one though :)
