Big Bug fix — Space Worthy Steam update #265141

Very bad bug Fixed: All new players (or Players who never changed anything in the settings) had empty planet without any stones and nature parts. (because even default setting were applied only when settings file was found) I am very sorry for this bug. Space Stations update is very close, but I was forced to bring you some new stuff right now, becasue I needed to fix that nasty bug, some things were changed or improved and cannot work like they used to, New Items Space Suit and Space helmet added!
