Building and Parts-Cluster Fix — Space Worthy Steam update #265144

Bugs Fixed: Horrible visual bugs when attaching or detaching multiple parts, were hopefully fixed. I made this debug view of clustered parts, used for optimizing moving objects: Cable update is more often triggered when it should , Some parts had wrongly assumend they have no connections. (vehicle connected by cable to another vehicle or ground object, is not updated, because I have to come up with sollution that will maintain current performance.) Parts can be attached to Network lines and pipes again Ship Building tutorials have been updated and text was made more readable there. Science Camp no longer has empty inventory rectangle, becase inventory is not needed Thank you very much for bug reports. Known Issue: Do not play Space Tutorial 8 and 9, they shouldn't be there, New playres probaly don't have them,
