changes to opentest branch only.decreased the chance of start_local_conflict_ask_player_ignore back to normal level (had been raised during testing new scripting features) fixed bugs in line graph when selected resources, and updated to correctly select visual names for production items when relevent. added missing id collection for character job ID conversion. added int string ID conversion for character actions, law categories, and laws. fixed various bugs with int ID handling. made law categories use data text files. added more behind the scenes for converting lists of int IDs to and from string IDs. fixed time between ticks at start not matching the selected middle button, which also increases the default tick speed.
