This patch fixes a bug in which a Disaster result during Last Chance Attacks would ignore the number of mandatory attacks if the number of attacks remaining was 1, even though the rules require all mandatory attacks to be resolved regardless of attacks remaining. This patch also fixes a bug in the Fredericksburg solo scenario that allowed off-map units to enter the map in locations other than "K".
