0.1.2b - Minor Improvements and Fixes — Medic Please! Steam update #39099

Hey dear Medics!I hope you're having a good shift in Medic Please! Still working on the game to make it smoother:Repetitive lobby-creating bugs fixed; now you can leave the lobby and create again as many times as you want!I implemented a simple feature to show you the how-to-play screen the first time playing. You can still access this tutorial screen by interacting with the "how to?" paper that is placed on the computer table.The solo carrying debuff was decreased to improve the gameplay feeling, especially for patient carrying.A minor bug was fixed in character movement logic.
