Small bug fixing patch for 0.1.3 - Beta — Atlas Architect Steam update #423813

Hello I just released a small bug fixing patch on the Beta Branch so you'll only get this update if you are on the Beta branch. It includes a few different things. One of the major changes is that cities have a new look to them. This is in preparation for the next patch which is very content focused and will have several new biomes as well as an expanded way of combining biomes (city + desert) or (village + snow).
