Increased loss/caught wear penalties applied by Junkman mode, but added a 40% chance of any given part being unaffected. This makes for more interesting of a dice roll. No Race Setup show delay if both racers are honking at each other. Eliminated loading screen show/hide stutter - leaving loading screens enabled no longer slows section changes.
