Several small QOL changes: - The Delicate String no longer teleports the player into the middle of the ocean. - Ilse of Chayden will appear in Haalwind after her questline concludes. - Marriage candidates don't loop their proposal dialogue anymore. - The light produced by the Delver's Helm now follows the player.
