Fixes and Improvements — Cult of Personality Steam update #48831

Happy Thanksgiving from the Cult! As we give thanks, we also release this update with some small changes and fixes. Changes - Adjusted the Chapel Room to open up navigation options. - Added animation to the clouds outside the map. Fixes - Fixed game hanging during map load when playing repeat games.
