Added a new task to restore water tower operations, allowing bathhouses to be built even in areas without a natural water source.The material cost for constructing facilities now defaults to one unit, eliminating the need to spend a large amount of materials at once when building facilities inside large apartment buildings.Added an option to expand facility workstations.Fixed an issue where linking an FOB's logistics route to itself caused an error.
