Steam achievements should now trigger as expected. Made it clear in ink dialog that Bootlace Strike is 1 day only Speechmaker functions as described. Fixed bug that sometimes prevents all mandatory events triggering. Bug report can take multiple lines now. Game will check if main quest stalls at certain points (rejchek introduces plasmyards, during peace festival, before conspiracy meeting, once palace unlocked).
