Hello Riftanians! It was brought to my attention that the Target Rate in Rift Materia attunement was listed as decreasing but it was increasing in target rate, this has now been reversed so that it actually decreases. Updates: - Changed Target Rate to go down instead of up - Raised buyable Target Rate by 10% (For a total of 20%) Other: - Added some NPCs in Fishing Village to talk about the Zalas Ring
