Rifthaven/Tower of Arms Small Changes — Riftania Steam update #536359

Hello Riftanians! We are here today with a small update to help more with the Tower of Arms 4, I still want it to be relatively hard but I also want it to be beatable, so I have buffed the XP that the 4 fights leading up to it provide slightly, and given them 250 gold (scales with level) Other things I've done: - King Leif has had his Defense Lowered by 10 - Added Enthrall to Level 22 Mage, this has a 85% chance to cause Infatuation on a single target, huge if getting stuck on TOA4 or other Quest Bosses! - Added a NPC outside the Tower of Arms that tells you about Shield Bash, Enthrall, and Scare! - Removed Weapon Requirement of Scythe or Staff for Scare, now a universal skill for all classes if learned!
