Spells Update! — Nekomancy Steam update #580356

Ice effect can now freeze enemies! Critting enemies while they are fully slowed will freeze them for 3 seconds! Mind Control Fixed! Mind control now can be applied to multiple enemies and works like all the other statuses! Target spells was added to the targeting cycler! Lots of target spell interactions were added so it can be used to reverse enemy projectiles! A target spells spell adds its effects, mods, and damage to the effected spell! Effected spells are deflected and will target enemies and friendlies! Better spell impact effects Infest, Gravity Blast, and Magnetic were given visual effects! Things that come from spells like Explosions, gas, lightning chains, infest areas, gravity pulses, impacts, and cast flashes are much more optimized and responsive!
