Fixed the Permanent Upgrade Vending Machine text for some languages. The "No Controller Detected ..." message is now translated into all supported languages. Fixed an issue that allowed grenades to be thrown and consumed at the shooting range. Fixed an issue where Endless Mode leaderboard progress could fail to save after very long runs. Rebalanced the Debt Upgrader: for expensive items (worth over $2000), the suggested upgrade item is now cheaper. The standard 75% value has been reduced to 60%. Fixed a bug where run progress would not be saved after completing the game.
