CARAVAN BASE Managing a group of survivors after the collapse is a tough challenge, but with the new features in this patch, you can spend days expanding your base – your safe haven. Build a mobile mini-town, becoming an independent entity, where, as the leader (Prophet), you decide who deserves to stay safe within your walls and who must be banished from the base. The Medical Care and Medical Supplies system has been reworked. Now players can donate medical consumables to gain Medical Supplies. Medical Care value can only be increased by specific structure, currently the Infirmaries. Redesigned rations panel for followers management. Sick and medical supply management system.
