Update 62.1 - Play effect + AI improvement — Cardeneer Steam update #649153

Added ability effect: Play this. Added ability effect: Play . Sim AI now only does random action when difficulty is 0. Sim AI now now chooses a less optimal action instead of random on lower difficulties. Default AI difficulty changed to 50%. Image download errors now no longer fails whole download. Updated Repel description to be more clear. Fix wording in take control a random enemy. Fix error that could occur in ability editor. Fix error that could occur with start cards. Fix error that could occur on web. Fix issue with simulation tool. Fix issue with clear buttons. Fix a null error. The new abilities will allow you to force play cards. I.e. On Death: Play the leftmost card in your hand. The sim AI should make a bit better decisions, unless you have set difficulty really low.
