Added ability start: While in deck|hand|grave ... Rules editor: Added turn & start cards. Rules editor: Added first & second player start cards. Added ability condition "If killer..." to on death. While allows you to make effects happen while the card is in a specific place. Example: While in hand At the end of your turn: Remove this from play.
