Added Set|Reduce|Raise .. a random number from X to X. Added type|card|deck options to "repeat for each X" Challenge editor: Added reward once. Deck editor: Now uses buttons for the deck. Type editor: Renaming now auto changes the cards with the type. Type editor: Renaming will now show a fix button to fix custom abilities. Card editor: Renaming now auto updates challenges and decks. Old OnPlayBuffSelfXEnemies ability removed, use repeat instead. Fix deck editor decks could be named the same. Fix "Random Decks" mode did not create a valid deck.
