Update 61.6 - Spell behaviour — Cardeneer Steam update #649174

New spell activation animation. Type editor: New spell checkbox. Type editor: Tooltips moved to the labels and added info icon. Card editor: Start amount can now be set beside limit if game has progression. Card editor: Ability input now also shows abilities containing the text. CCG template: Spell type now has "Spell" checked. Web version: Mod.io nows works in firefox. Fix issue where pressing enter on ability input would lock the editor. Fix issue where design editor clear could cause errors on save. Fix issue with remove abilities. Small quick update to fix some bugs. And a new spell animation + behaviour, but there is still some work to make abilities play nice with spells.
