Hotfix to version 1.01d — Lumberjack's Dynasty Steam update #656875

Remodeled/retextured interiors and steering wheels for old pickup (Christine) and the new 4x4 pickup. Shadow reads are both better quality and faster (more optimized) Eliminated shadow flickering when camera not moving. Clearer vehicle velocity display in player HUD. Buggy car stabilized slightly/turning easier/overall less galvanic. Fixed a bug when the player fixed his farm buildings before working on Uncle’s quest to fix the farm and is far from the farm building the game AI would not recognize them as fixed. TP Wood does not dry in the wood dryers in some cases. Vehicles have a live dashboards now with properly working indicators. Where applicable, digital display indicators are working (for instance Ponsse) Remapped old tractor dashboard to accommodate speed and RPM indicators.
