Environment First Pass — Pierhead Arcade Steam update #659870

Update time! We've done a pass on the environment to make it less empty. We'll still be adding things to it so it's not final but you can take a look on the beta branch. I think you'll enjoy it :) Also on beta we've network synced all the machines now so they should work correctly online. Let me know if you find any bugs. You will also find that the toys you win in the claw machine will now appear on the gift shop counter (will be a dedicated area later) the next time you play. Only one copy of each so you wont end up with millions of teddies though. We'll be adding stuff to buy with tickets next. We're thinking of putting in some long games down the sides like bowling or target practice.
