Interface Improvements and Bug Fixes — Countless Army Steam update #669178

During the Toledo Matsuri in-person event, I was able to spot some bugs and notice that certain elements needed adjustments to improve the player experience. This quick and small update is intended to fix the issues I observed during the event and also to introduce an improvement focused on the upgrade menus when capturing a building. The improvement makes it so that, when the camera is zoomed out, the upgrade menu automatically scales up as well, allowing for better visibility. Additionally, I’ve added some visual feedback when hovering over the buttons, which was previously missing.
