A player has reported an error with achievements: The yellow brick road. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be. Dead men tell no tales… They make them. After checking, they were active only for those who saved in file 2. I am making this hotfix to fix that bug and make everyone able to get them. If you want to get the achievements, you may have to go through the capitals again.
