Small rebalancing and improvement update — War Room Steam update #803828

Dear All, Here is another small update with the following changes: 1) Further Unit stat and firepower rebalancing. 2) Mission spawn frequency and difficulty rebalancing. 3) First 2 of the total of 8 new COP construction missions related to "name your COP" contest. 4) Further AI sprite replacement with official DoD photos. 5) Small mission spawn condition and location bug fixes. 6) New Direct Order projector. 7) Dead unit KIA marker added. Larger content and feature improvement update is still a work in progress and will release as soon as possible. Respectfully, Binge Gaming Team
