The Summoners could be killed without them aggroing properly at distance. Also, they sometimes appeared as lying on the ground, instead of popping up from the ground. The trollboss has a certain chance to break an exploitable pattern. Getting crushed by the mine-wagons could sometime not correctly trigger the death-menu.
