There was a bug in 21:9 (which I do not have myself) where the vignette did not scale correctly. I think (hope!) it is fixed to scale with resolution...
There was a bug in 21:9 (which I do not have myself) where the vignette did not scale correctly. I think (hope!) it is fixed to scale with resolution now. The vr plugins for oculus and steam vr was enabled, which automatically started when it was detected. They have been removed.
