Tweaked some annying things (Spear etc) — Northern Journey Steam update #824432

The spear now has a faster velocity, and behaves more like the other projectiles. The thunderstaff and doppelganger now use true raytracing, so all hits now registers properly. The bait in Trollhole has a minium delay effect on the guardian. The third wormrider will not initiate attacks from below anymore (but it might do so unintentionally if you are in its way)
