v0.2.7a - factories patch — Wings of The Universe Steam update #910532

Hello everyone! As planned, there is a small patch coming up today. This patch brings the following that didn't make it in time for the v0.2.7 game update: UPGRADES: All factories for the player-made space stations were updated to allow productions for all available equipment sizes and up to the prototype quality level of the item. FIXES: The new Construct Spawner (known also as Station Spawner) didn't restrict the stations in the system -> now fixed and the systems cannot have more than 5 player-made space stations. when constructing a new space station, the system didn't care about the NPC stations being close to the construction place -> now fixed and the new space stations cannot be too close to the NPC space stations.
