Custom feature additions: Custom levels will have time nodes, which can trigger time events. In custom levels, health and spirit values have their own trigger events, which can be activated when health and spirit values change. Fixed a bug where custom level saves were automatically deleted. Bug fixes Fixed a bug where the bloody sea ending of God Bless Hospital could not be triggered. If some saves are unusable after the update, please overwrite directly.
