Patch 0.31 — Slag Steam update #991017

Just some small fixes I wanted to push to improve gameplay sooner rather than latter. -Aspect ratio is now locked to 16:9 due to zooming issue with wide screens. -mouse is now captured to the screen to stop the view going wonky when you mouse off screen. -fixed an issue where Objective bars would not be removed if you died before completing them. -fix spelling "Moduals" to "Modules" -fixed a few map holes and Jams in levels 4 and 5 Also as a side note if you are not seeing the normal starter mods in the loadout you may need to reset you data in "Setting".
