Each time you play a Card, one Card Effect is sealed and will no longer trigger when played. Card effects can be unsealed by upgrading or combining Cards, or by using various unique Card Effects. Every run is unique: On turn 1, choose from 3 random cards to define your early game strategy. Tier Up Bonuses (triggered by a card reaching tier 5 or 10) are randomised each run, allowing some surprising synergies to be readily available and exploitable for that run only!
